These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Meltek Referral Raffle Program ("Raffle Program"). By participating in the Raffle Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the Meltek Terms of Service.
A Meltek participant ("Referrer") who refers Meltek to a friend ("Referee") may be eligible to receive a raffle entry ("Entry") subject to the terms below. Only the Referrer is eligible for an Entry; the Referee does not receive an Entry through this program.
A Referrer earns one (1) raffle Entry when a Referee signs up using the Referrer's unique referral code and the Referee's account reaches "active" status. Only the Referrer receives an Entry; the Referee does not receive an Entry through this program.
No purchase is necessary to enter. Alternative methods of entry, if any, will be specified in the raffle announcement.
Each raffle has a defined start and end date, which will be communicated at the time of announcement. Entries received outside the raffle period will not be counted.
Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or other charges associated with the receipt or use of a prize.
In connection with your participation in the Raffle Program, including distributing, promoting, or communicating your Referral Code(s), you expressly agree to the following restrictions:
Meltek reserves the right to withhold prizes obtained through the Raffle Program or prohibit a Referrer from participating in the Raffle Program in the event that Meltek determines or believes that the receipt of the prize was in error, fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of the Meltek Terms of Service, or if Meltek determines that a Referrer is tampering with the entry process or is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the Raffle Program in any way by cheating, hacking, scamming, deception, or any other unfair playing practices intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other participants or representatives of Meltek.
If a user uses a method or methods to abuse the Raffle Program, the user will forfeit any entries and prizes received and will not be allowed to participate on the Meltek platform. All entries and prizes will be forfeited at account closure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meltek Inc. shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Raffle Program or the acceptance or use of any prize.
Personal information collected in connection with the Raffle Program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your information for Raffle Program administration purposes.
Meltek reserves the right to modify or terminate the Raffle Program at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
Nothing in these Meltek Referral Raffle Program Terms and Conditions modifies or alters the Terms of Service of the Meltek platform.
