ConEd customers cannot be in both ConEd's Bring Your Own Thermostat "BYOT" and ConEd's Smart Usage Rewards (demand response) program. If you are already in the BYOT smart thermostat program, you will need to cancel your BYOT enrollment before completing your enrollment in Meltek’s energy-saving program. Thankfully, it is easy to do so. Follow the instructions here.
