What does the “Enrollment Status” on the Meltek utility account information page mean? 

After you provide Meltek with your utility name and account number, Meltek will reach out to participating utilities to enroll your account in the utility’s money-saving program.  

Your account’s utility enrollment status can be viewed by logging in here, and navigating to "Utility Account Info" located on the left-hand side of your screen.

What does my enrollment status mean? 

Status 

Description 

Pending 

The account has been submitted to the utility and is awaiting initial processing by the utility. 

Documentation Needed 

Enrollment requires additional documents.

Under Review 

Enrollment did not pass one or more checks and is being reviewed by the utility. 

Duplicate 

Another aggregator has enrolled the same account into the same program. Please contact Meltek immediately if you want to continue your participation with Meltek this summer.

BYOTUser is enrolled in the Smart Thermostat program, a.k.a. "Bring Your Own Thermostat" (BYOT) program. User needs to call ConEd to unenroll from BYOT program and join Meltek. Check here for instructions.
RejectedEnrollment has been denied due to incorrect information or not meeting registration requirements.
Ready for ApprovalUser has been successfully enrolled for the current season. Meltek will make sure to update the status once the enrollment is active.
ApprovedEnrollment has been approved by the utility for the upcoming money-saving season is awaiting the start of the season.
ActiveEnrollment is active for the money-saving season this year. 
Cancellation RequestedMeltek has submitted a request to cancel the enrollment. 
CancelledEnrollment has been cancelled either by Meltek or by the utility, making the account ineligible for participation.
FinalThe utility account is no longer an active utility customer, usually because the customer has cancelled their service because they have moved. 
CompletedThe money-saving season is over, and your enrollment has been completed until next year.
