Clarence: Your platform is more user-friendly and integrates better with my devices. It provides accurate energy readings and transparency. I receive more responses from Meltek compared to other companies.
Meltek: Why did you connect your Electric Vehicles and HVAC devices with Meltek?
Clarence: I'm able to manage my usage better by connectivity. Connecting my devices to the platform was easy. Meltek is more integrated with the devices I have.
Meltek: How would you describe your overall experience with Meltek’s customer service?
Clarence: I have received timely responses to my emails, usually within a day. Meltek addresses my concerns effectively, connects me to someone who can assist if needed, and follows up to ensure resolution.

Meltek: What difference has Meltek made to your life? How did you react to demand response events?
Clarence: Monitoring my energy usage and behavior through the Meltek app helps me save energy. With Meltek app, I'm able to see what I'm using more or less of and be able to cater that more to saving energy.
I use some other products for a live response. But my backup from that would definitely be your app in terms of really seeing my behaviors and my usage and learning to see if I need to course-correct.
Meltek: How did you find the experience of redeeming rewards?
Clarence: I redeemed Meltek rewards via Amazon gift cards or PayPal. The process is straightforward and convenient for transferring or purchasing.
It's easier and I can just transfer it over to different accounts or apply it to other merchants and purchases. Very easy, simple process.
Meltek: Would you recommend Meltek to others? And are you going to do some referrals to your friends or neighbors or family in the future?
Clarence: Yes, I definitely would. I think the first step, which is really hard, is getting people to fully buy into electrification. My home is fully electrified, but many are hesitant due to rising costs and market support issues.
